- 🐟 1/2 can (95g) saba in soy sauce
Vegetables
- 🧅 6 pickled shallots
- 🌱 2 tbsp chopped green onion

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Thinly slice the pickled shallots.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the saba can contents and break the fish into smaller pieces while sautéing briefly.
Add the cooked rice, pickled shallots, green onion, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over medium-high heat, breaking up the rice and mixing well.
