- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water

- 1 chili, halved and deseeded
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Enough olive oil to cover ingredients
- Chopped parsley, as needed

Mince the garlic, halve and deseed the chili, and slice the baguette into 1.5cm pieces.

In a skillet, add the mackerel, garlic, chili, salt, and olive oil. Pour in the mackerel juice and heat over medium until bubbling, then simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with sliced baguette.
