INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 300g beef, preferably chuck
- 1/4 radish, roughly chopped
- đź§… 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- đź’§ 2L water
Seasonings
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Cut the beef into small pieces, rinse in water, and squeeze out excess blood.
Chop the radish roughly, similar to pencil shaving style.
Chop the green onions, including the green parts, into large pieces.
Heat 4 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, add the beef, and stir-fry until browned. Add chili powder and stir briefly.
Add 2L water and simmer on medium heat for 40 minutes. Add more water if it reduces too much.
Add minced garlic, radish, and green onions. Cook for 5 minutes until the radish softens. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Optionally, add 1/2 tbsp sugar for balance.
