    • 1 head (400g) romanesco
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
  • Seafood

    • 🐟 2 fillets (200g) salmon
  • Condiments

    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 💧 150ml water

Cut the romanesco into small florets and slice the onion into 1cm width. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Heat butter and grated garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and onion, and lightly sauté.

Add the seasonings (sake, salt, pepper, water) and romanesco. Mix lightly, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
