INGREDIENTS
Chimichurri Sauce
- 🌿 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Cauliflower Steaks
- 🥦 2 heads cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- đź§‚ 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
Prepare cauliflower by removing tough bottom leaves, slicing into steaks, and reserving extra florets for other recipes.
Brush cauliflower steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt on both sides.
Roast cauliflower in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
