    • 🦐 8 shell-on shrimp
    • 🐚 200g clams (purged)
  • Vegetables

    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Liquids

    • 3 tbsp sake
    • 100cc heavy cream
  • Seasoning

    • 🍅 400g canned chopped tomatoes
    • 💧 150cc water
    • 2 tsp consomme powder
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Prepare the shrimp by peeling the shells, leaving the tails intact, and removing the vein using a knife and skewer. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and clams, stir-fry until garlic coats everything. Add sake, cover, and cook for 3 minutes until clams open. Remove shrimp and clams, leaving the broth.

Add canned tomatoes, water, consomme, and salt and pepper to the pan. Heat over medium heat for 2 minutes until boiling. Adjust salt to taste.

Return the shrimp and clams to the pan, add heavy cream, and mix well. Heat until warmed through.
