INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 10 sheets rice paper
- 15 pieces Vienna sausages
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
STEPS
Soak 2 sheets of rice paper in lukewarm water until soft.
Place 3 Vienna sausages in a row on the rice paper and roll tightly like a sushi roll.
Insert skewers through the rolled rice paper and sausages.
Cut between the sausages to create individual pieces.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the skewers until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, soy sauce, corn syrup, ketchup, gochujang, and water. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Brush the sauce evenly over the skewers and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
