INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled radish
- 🥕 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped chives

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Coating Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups cooking oil for frying
STEPS
Prepare the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, and flour separately.
Dice the carrot, chives, ham, and pickled radish. Squeeze excess liquid from the radish.
Lightly sauté the diced carrot and ham in a pan with a small amount of oil.
Mix the cooked rice with the sautéed ingredients, chopped radish, chives, salt, and sesame seeds.
Shape the rice mixture into small balls of equal size.
Coat each rice ball in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan and fry the coated rice balls until golden brown.
Drain the fried croquettes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
