INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 can spam, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 tbsp furikake or seaweed flakes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Slice spam into 3mm thick pieces and pan-fry until golden on both sides.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and cook into a thick omelet. Slice into spam-sized pieces.
Chop kimchi, squeeze out excess liquid, and stir-fry with sugar and cooking oil.
Mix drained tuna with mayonnaise until well combined.
Mix cooked rice with furikake or seaweed flakes.
Use a clean spam can as a mold, lining it with plastic wrap.
Layer rice, egg omelet, tuna mixture, stir-fried kimchi, spam, and rice in the mold, pressing each layer firmly.
Lift the plastic wrap to remove the rice burger from the mold. Wrap tightly for easy transport.
