INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 2 shiso leaves, julienned
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi, mashed into paste
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
Toppings
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds

Defrost the frozen edamame. Thinly slice the myoga.

Julienne the shiso leaves and mash the umeboshi into a paste.
