INGREDIENTS

  • Rice

    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (300g)
  • Vegetables

    • 🌱 50g frozen edamame
    • 1 myoga, thinly sliced
    • 2 shiso leaves, julienned
  • Condiments

    • 2 umeboshi, mashed into paste
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
  • Toppings

    • 🌰 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds

STEPS

Defrost the frozen edamame. Thinly slice the myoga.

Julienne the shiso leaves and mash the umeboshi into a paste.

Remove the edamame from their pods.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the shiso leaves. Serve in a dish and top with shiso leaves.
