STEPS
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt together in a bowl.
Beat buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, and food coloring in a separate bowl until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
Preheat the waffle iron following manufacturer instructions.
Prepare glaze: Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually mix in sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
