- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- Enough salad oil for frying
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red shiso furikake
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp red shiso furikake
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix sake, salt, and red shiso furikake in a bowl.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and massage gently. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Mix potato starch and red shiso furikake in another bowl. Coat the marinated chicken pieces evenly.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the chicken pieces for about 5 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
