INGREDIENTS
Fish
- Red fish fillet 200g
Vegetables
- 🥬 Spinach 100g
- đź§… Sliced onion 50g
Soup Base
- Dashi stock 500ml
- 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tsp
- đź§‚ Salt to taste
STEPS
Cut the red fish into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt to remove any odor.
Wash the spinach and cut it into 4cm lengths. Slice the onion thinly.
Add the dashi stock to a pot and heat on medium.
Once the dashi comes to a boil, add the red fish and simmer for 5 minutes while skimming off the foam.
Add the spinach and onion, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust the taste with soy sauce and salt if necessary.
After serving, garnish with grated ginger or chopped green onions as desired, and enjoy.
