    • Red fish fillet 200g

    • Dashi stock 500ml
    • 🍶 Soy sauce 2 tsp

Cut the red fish into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle lightly with salt to remove any odor.

Wash the spinach and cut it into 4cm lengths. Slice the onion thinly.

Add the dashi stock to a pot and heat on medium.

Once the dashi comes to a boil, add the red fish and simmer for 5 minutes while skimming off the foam.

Add the spinach and onion, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust the taste with soy sauce and salt if necessary.
