INGREDIENTS
Broth
- 600ml broth
Noodles
- 1 pack udon noodles
Rice Cake
- 21 pieces rice cakes
Fish Cake
- 1 sheet flat fish cake
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Wash the rice cakes and prepare the green onion and fish cake by slicing them.
In a pot, combine broth, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Add the rice cakes and fish cake to the boiling broth and cook until softened.
Add the udon noodles and simmer until the broth thickens slightly.
Add the sliced green onion and stir briefly.
Let it boil for a moment and serve hot.
