INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup chopped radish greens

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice

- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tbsp perilla oil

STEPS
Chop the radish greens and place them in a frying pan.
Add 1 tbsp of perilla oil and stir-fry the greens. Add more oil if needed.
Once the greens are softened, prepare the cooked rice.
Mix the rice with the greens and stir-fry together. Add 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
Push the fried rice to the side of the pan, add cooking oil, and fry an egg.
Plate the radish greens fried rice and top with the fried egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish.
