INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g radish, diced
- 200g pork, sliced
- 3 chili peppers, chopped
- 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 800ml water
- đź§‚ to taste salt

STEPS
Dice the radish into small pieces and chop chili peppers and green onion.
Combine pork, radish, water, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and garlic in a pot. Simmer until the radish is tender.
Adjust seasoning with salt, then add pepper, cornstarch slurry, chili peppers, and green onion. Cook until thickened.
Serve in a bowl, garnish with sesame seeds, and enjoy.
