    • 1 bowl rice cakes
    • 1 cup fish cakes

    • 1 pack ramen noodles
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic

Rinse the rice cakes and prepare them. Slice the onion and green onion. Cut the fish cakes into pieces, measuring about 1 cup.

In a large pan, bring 3.5 cups of water to a boil.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and minced garlic) in a bowl and add to the boiling water. Stir well.

Once the sauce starts boiling, add the rice cakes, fish cakes, and onion. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the rice cakes soften.

Add the ramen noodles and cook until they are al dente.

Add the chopped green onion and stir briefly before turning off the heat.
