    • 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and julienned
    • 🥕 Small amount of julienned carrot

    • 100g sliced spam
  • Seasonings

    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • Generous amount of sesame seeds

    • Adequate amount of cooking oil

STEPS

Peel and julienne 2 potatoes. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove starch.

Boil the potatoes in hot water for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

Julienne the carrot and onion. Slice 100g of spam into thin strips.

Heat a pan with adequate cooking oil. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the carrot and spam to the pan. Stir-fry lightly until they start to soften.

Add the drained potatoes and onion to the pan. Stir-fry together.

Season with salt to taste and continue stir-frying until everything is well combined.

Turn off the heat. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and a generous amount of sesame seeds. Stir with residual heat.

Serve the stir-fried potato dish warm or store in the fridge for later consumption.
