    • 500g ground pork
  • Vegetables

    • đź§… 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp ground pepper
    • A sprinkle of sesame seeds

STEPS

Place kitchen towels over the ground pork to absorb excess blood.

Chop 1/2 onion finely while waiting.

Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tsp ground pepper in a pan over high heat, then add the ground pork and stir-fry.

Continue stir-frying until the pork releases water and cooks through. Keep cooking until the water evaporates completely.

Add the chopped onion to the pan and mix well.

Add the prepared seasonings (1 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp sugar) and stir-fry over medium heat. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
