INGREDIENTS

- 1 can of Spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- A few perilla leaves
- A small amount of flour
STEPS
Cut the Spam into 4 large pieces, then divide each piece in half. Boil the Spam briefly to remove impurities.
Lightly coat both sides of the perilla leaves with flour. Wrap the Spam pieces with the perilla leaves.
Prepare egg batter in a wide bowl and fully soak the wrapped perilla leaves in it. Do not season the egg mixture as Spam is already salty.
Place the wrapped perilla leaves seam-side down in a preheated pan with oil. Cook on low heat until golden brown.
