- 2 handfuls shishito peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp vinegar
- ✨ 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and wash them thoroughly.
Cut larger peppers into halves or thirds, leaving smaller ones whole.
Add all the seasoning ingredients directly to the peppers: sugar, oligosaccharide, gochujang, fish sauce, vinegar, and chili powder.
Mix everything thoroughly until the peppers are evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
