- 🥚 4 quail eggs
- đź§€ 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey or syrup
STEPS
Cut the bread slices into desired shapes using cookie cutters. Let kids help with this step for added fun.
Spread cream cheese evenly on the shaped bread slices.
Press the center of the bread slices with a spoon to create a small indentation for the quail egg.
Crack a quail egg into the indentation on each bread slice.
Sprinkle parsley flakes over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.
Cut the leftover bread scraps into small pieces and toast them in a pan without oil until crispy.
Serve the mini toasts warm with a drizzle of honey or syrup.
