Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Adjust the gochujang and ketchup based on your preference for spiciness or tanginess.

Make small cuts on the sausages to allow them to cook evenly. Use 1-2 packs depending on preference.

Heat a pan with oil and cook the sausages until the cuts open up and they are well browned.

Add the quail eggs, chopped onion, and green chilies to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
