- 15g cod roe
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the pumpkin into 5mm slices and trim off hard skin. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, add pumpkin and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe. Stir-fry until the cod roe changes color and the liquid evaporates.
