INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 3 slices prosciutto
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 onion (50g), diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), diced
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf (40g), diced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 400ml water
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Dice the onion, carrot, and cabbage into 1cm cubes.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until translucent. Add carrot and cabbage, stirring until coated with oil.
Add water, consomme powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Remove the lid and tear the prosciutto into pieces, adding it to the pot. Cook briefly before serving.
