    • 🍚 400g cooked rice
    • 🥩 200g sliced beef

    • 🥚 2 egg yolks
    • 20g pickled ginger
  • Seasonings

    • 50ml concentrated soy sauce base
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź’§ 200ml water

Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.

In a pressure cooker, combine the onion and seasonings (soy sauce base, sugar, grated ginger, and water). Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add the beef and gently mix to separate the slices. Turn off the heat.

Seal the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat. Once pressure is reached, reduce to low heat and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.

Serve the cooked beef and onion mixture over bowls of rice. Optionally, top with egg yolks and pickled ginger.
