    • 🐟 400g cleaned horse mackerel (4 pieces)

    • 1 piece ginger, julienned

    • 50cc sake
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 💧 100cc water

Cut the horse mackerel in half and sprinkle with salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper.

Add all seasoning ingredients and ginger to the pressure cooker. Heat uncovered over medium heat until boiling. Add the horse mackerel, close the lid, and cook under pressure on low heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
