Pressure Cooker Chicken Wings and Burdock Vinegar Stew

INGREDIENTS

    • 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 burdock root (90g)
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 3 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 slices ginger (6g)
    • 150 ml water

Scrape the burdock root to remove the skin and cut it diagonally into 1cm slices. Soak in water and drain.

Add chicken wings, burdock root, and all seasoning ingredients into the pressure cooker. Close the lid and heat on medium until pressure builds. Once pressurized, reduce to low heat and cook for 7 minutes.

Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.
