INGREDIENTS

- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
- 5 shiso leaves, minced
Sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Finely mince the shiso leaves. In a microwave-safe container, mix all the sauce ingredients (miso, mirin, sake, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Add the minced shiso leaves to the sauce and mix well. Combine the sauce with the cooked potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
