INGREDIENTS
Vegetables

- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)

- 250g tofu (small pieces)
- 3 sausages (sliced)
STEPS
Boil water in a large pot and add potatoes until they are cooked.
Sauté zucchini, onions, and mushrooms separately in a pan to enhance the flavor.
Add the boiled potatoes and sautéed vegetables to the pot, pour in more water, and bring it back to a boil.
Add tofu and sausages, simmer for another 5–10 minutes.
Season the broth with salt and pepper, and cook on low heat for a few more minutes.
