    • 🥔 1 large potato, peeled and sliced
    • đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
    • đź§„ 1 handful green onion, chopped
    • 1 pinch chili pepper, chopped
  • Protein

    • 1 small canned ham, mashed
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 1/3 tbsp doenjang
    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • đź’§ 2 cups water

STEPS

Peel and slice the large potato.

Place the sliced potato in a pot.

Mash the small canned ham in a bag and add it on top of the potatoes.

Add the sliced onion and mix in 1 tbsp gochujang and 1/3 tbsp doenjang.

Add the remaining seasoning ingredients (red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic) and 2 cups of water.

Bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, add the chopped chili pepper and green onion.

Reduce the heat and simmer until the stew thickens.
