INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥓 3 strips bacon
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥛 200 ml heavy cream
- 🧀 100 g pizza cheese
- 🧀 1 slice cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 4 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
STEPS
Prepare 200 ml heavy cream, 100 g pizza cheese, 1 potato, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 1 slice cheese, 1 piece butter, 1/2 onion, and 3 strips bacon. (Milk can be used as a substitute for cream.)
Boil the potato until cooked.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Mash the cooked potato.
Heat 1 piece of butter and 0.5 tbsp minced garlic in a pan and sauté.
Add the onion and sauté together.
Add the bacon to the pan and sauté until cooked.
Pour 200 ml heavy cream into the pan.
Add the mashed potato to the pan and simmer on low heat.
Season with 4 pinches of salt.
Add 1 pinch of pepper.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with torn pieces of 1 slice cheese.
Add 100 g pizza cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
