INGREDIENTS

- 🥔 6 potatoes
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
Optional Ingredients
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley powder
STEPS
Prepare the ingredients. Use 4-6 large potatoes, or about 2 medium potatoes per serving.
Peel the potatoes using a peeler.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and remove excess water.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat until melted.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of salt and a pinch of pepper over the potatoes.
Cook the potatoes over medium-low heat for at least 5 minutes, turning them occasionally until golden brown. Check doneness by piercing with a chopstick.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp of sugar over the potatoes and stir to coat evenly.
Continue stirring until the sugar melts and coats the potatoes evenly.
Transfer the potatoes to a plate and garnish with a pinch of parsley powder.
