INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Condiments
- 1 tbsp miso
Liquids

STEPS
Peel and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.
Bring 300 ml of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the potato pieces to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Lower the heat and dissolve 1 tbsp of miso into the soup.
Add the rehydrated wakame and bonito flakes to the soup. Stir gently.
Serve the soup hot in bowls.
