INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, quartered
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Thinly slice the potato into 5mm strips and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain the water. Quarter the shiitake mushrooms.
Place the potato, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, and pepper in a microwave-safe container. Mix well. Add the butter on top and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
