INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥓 1 slice bacon
- 🥔 1 small potato (60g)
- đź§‚ Black pepper to taste
Soup Base
- đź’§ 150cc water
- A pinch of consomme
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
STEPS
Cut the potato in half, place the cut side down, and slice thinly into quarter-moon shapes. Soak in water and drain.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Place the bacon and potato in a microwave-safe mug, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Add the soup base ingredients and mix. Crack an egg into the mug, pierce the yolk with a toothpick in several places, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper on top and serve.
