INGREDIENTS

- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Vegetable
- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried parsley for garnish
STEPS
Cut bacon into thin strips. Slice the potato thinly and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato slices and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add bacon, mayonnaise, and consomme powder. Continue to sauté for another 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate and garnish with dried parsley.
