Slice the potatoes horizontally into 12 equal pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water.

Quarter the processed cheese slice. Place the potato slices in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.

Mix mayonnaise and grain mustard in a container.

On a baking tray, layer 4 potato slices, spread half of the mayonnaise-mustard mixture evenly, and place half the bacon slices on top. Repeat the layering process once more. Sprinkle salt and pepper, and top with processed cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
