  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g), quartered

    • 🥕 1 carrot (150g), cut into 4 pieces
  • Seasoning

    • 1 bay leaf

    • A pinch of pepper
  • Liquid

Cut the potatoes in half and soak them in water briefly before draining. Quarter the cabbage radially. Cut the onion into quarters. Slice the carrot diagonally into 4 pieces.

Cut the pork belly into 4 equal pieces.

Place the pork belly and water in a pressure cooker and heat over medium heat. Skim off any foam that forms. Add the potatoes, cabbage, onion, carrot, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Seal the lid and cook on medium heat until pressure builds, then reduce to low heat and cook for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
