    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil

    • 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger

Lay 2 slices of pork slightly overlapping, place 3 snap peas on top, and roll tightly. Repeat to make 4 rolls and coat with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned.

Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger) and simmer until slightly thickened.
