INGREDIENTS

- 100g pork tenderloin
- 🥚 1 boiled egg

- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake

STEPS
Cut the kaiware sprouts at the root. Dice the pork tenderloin into 2cm cubes and coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add the combined seasonings and boiled egg to the pan, simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve the pork, rice, kaiware sprouts, and boiled egg in a bowl.
