INGREDIENTS

    • 400g pork shoulder
  • Seasoning

    • 🧈 1 tbsp butter
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • Sauce

    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 3 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

STEPS

Mix sugar, cooking wine, tonkatsu sauce, and oyster sauce to prepare the sauce.

Prepare 400g of pork shoulder and lightly tenderize it with a knife.

Season the pork with salt and ground pepper.

Heat a frying pan and cook the pork until golden brown on one side.

Flip the pork and add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan.

Once the pork is cooked, wipe the pan with a paper towel to remove excess grease.
