INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 1/3 red bell pepper, julienned

- 4 rice paper sheets
Condiments
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 White sesame seeds, as needed
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add pork slices one by one, cook until done, drain, and let cool.
Cut lettuce into 1cm strips. Julienne cucumber and red bell pepper.
Mix gochujang and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Dip rice paper in lukewarm water to soften, then layer lettuce, cucumber, red bell pepper, and pork slices on top, and roll tightly.
Cut rolls into bite-sized pieces, plate them, drizzle with gochujang-mayo sauce, and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
