INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 2 bunches mitsuba
- 3 stalks green onion
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 2 tsp flour
STEPS
Cut the mitsuba into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onions into 3cm lengths.
Season both sides of the pork belly slices with salt, pepper, and flour, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the mitsuba briefly, and drain the water. Use the same water to cook the pork until its color changes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil, mitsuba, green onions, and cooked pork.
