INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐖 200g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Dressing
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Cut off the ends of the cucumbers, smash them with a rolling pin, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and massage lightly.
Mince the ginger and green onion.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, reduce to medium heat, and cook the pork slices one by one until done. Remove and let cool.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (☆) together.
Combine the cucumber and pork in the bowl with the dressing and toss well.
