INGREDIENTS

- 600g pork neck
Seasoning

- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt

Sauce
- 3 tbsp steak sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Pat the pork neck dry with a kitchen towel.
Season the pork neck with pepper and salt, gently pressing with the back of a knife.
Mix all the sauce ingredients to create the marinade.
Heat a pan and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Sear the pork neck until golden brown on both sides.
Add the sauce to the pan and simmer the pork neck.
Flip the pork neck occasionally while simmering until the sauce is absorbed.
