INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 100g ground pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion (85g), sliced
- 80g kimchi
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add green onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add soy sauce and water, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the pork is cooked. Add kimchi and mix well. Pour in the beaten eggs and cover to cook until semi-set.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
