Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi
STEPS
Cut the pork loin slices in half and place them in a bowl. Add sake and a pinch of salt and pepper.
