INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour for coating
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Season pork loin slices with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Dice the tomato, mince the onion and garlic, and chop the parsley.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add pork slices and cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, sauté onion until softened, then add tomato and sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes.
Return pork slices to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
